Well no they are dlc kinda because the wife cost a hell a lot of real money and so does the kid when he is a baby. So make sure your mentally prepared or you will go crazy. And the thing is you have to keep feeding the woman money or she will leave with her kid......unless you get and "exotic" woman, they will stay with you through the thick and thin but they are also very rare.
