Need Legendary Void Primary
So i'm doing the thorn quest, kill 500 in crucible with Void. Death loses progress. I need a good void weapon. Anyone know any!

Word of Crota, Aetheons Epilogue, and if you are lucky you can get a void primary from Skolas level 35 PoE or from the lighthouse for flawless ToO. I have gotten a void scout rifle and a void pulse rifle from Skolas myself. (Also an arc pulse rifle and arc hand cannon)

There's only really two in the game. Atheon's Epilogue from VoG and Word of Crota from CE. WoC is the better choice.

Get a HoW primary with a type a damage and roll at gunsmith until you get void, or roll a shotgun or fusion rifle , i did mine with atheons epilogue within 15 to 20 matches on control in one sitting and im terrible at crucible so be patient and its easier with a warlock or titan that have void subclass

I did it with Atheons Epilogue Probably did so well when the crucible matches wasn't just hawkmoon thorn and TLW

I did it with my hunter using just a blue shotgun and fusion rifle. You can do it without a void primary

If you don't have a void primary, use one of the good exotic primaries, like MIDA or TLW. I got it done with TLW, a void fusion rifle, and a void harms way. When you run out of special and heavy ammo, focus on not dying until you see an ammo crate. Took me 2 hours a day for 2 days

I ran it when dark below came out and I used swordbreaker word of crota and truth but now there is more variety and you can retold crap so do what your comfortable with

Edited by CosmoJ: 7/11/2015 7:29:21 PMI used the Void Wolfslayer's Claw AR from Skolas drop, coupled with Swordbreaker and Truth. Took me about a day to knock out the 500 points needed. I'm NOT a PvP guy either, so this very much surprised me to complete it as quick as I did. Also did it with Iron Banner (Control), so that might have made a big difference.

I used a green void fusion rifle lmao and a blue void MG didn't have any legendaries at the time... Thorn was one of the first few exotics I had

I just did it with a void two to the morgue and a void rocket laincher

Atheons epilogue, word of crota, and scholar are what I have. I did it the first time with my two to the morgue and corrective measure while running voidwalker. Didn't take too long
