Who remembers what the very FIRST OP gun was back when Destiny launched? (First to get nerfed)

Edit: It's not Vex, although I shoulda put that in there to throw people off even more! It's true that both the Vex and the gun in question were nerfed at the same time, but the other gun was running rampant in Crucible while very few people actually had the Vex.
Edit Dos: Lots of people saying Shingen, trying to get me on s technicality! I am talking about the Live version of Destiny. As in, September 9th version :)
Extra credit to anyone who mentioned Uni Remote! While not as rampantly OP as the correct answer, it was nerfed very early on. Just so few people had it when the game first came out. Still something only a vigilant day oner world know about :)

Pocket Infinity was the gun people talked about at the dawn of the game. Suros and Vex came later. Unfortunately by the time I got PI it had been so badly nerfed by Bungie that it was the first Exotic I dismantled, and I didn't have many at the time. I never knew it as anything other than a below average gun.

5 RepliesOmfg, Suros was a nightmare! All the guys talking about how OP Thorn and Last Word is... You don't know what it was like! Gun balance was absolutely skewed and PvP was dominated by Suros entirely. And there are people on this forum that want a re-buff for Suros. Like, wtf are these guys smoking?

The Singen-E and C were the most used until more people could get their hands on Suros.

Pocket Infinity, it's the only exotic I have still at 300 damage because they nerfed it into non-existence.

Pocket infinity by far. The amount of ammo / resets it could get was ridiculous. I remember after beating a strike a guy was able to shoot it consistently through the entire countdown without stopping It was the equivalent of shooting super good advice.

Actually the first weapons to be nerfed were all auto rifles. They were nerfed as a class immediately after the beta.

Pocket Infinity used to be amazing in PVE. I remember taking out Praetorians super quick with it.

I got the Vex before the first nerf, that by far was the most op gun ever in game for the short time before it got it's forst nerf.
