Her Benevolence, should i ascend it?
I have a Her Benevolence, I want another good sniper for PvE other than Pradethy's revenge, Do you think i should reroll this sniper for good PvE perks, and ascend it?

I would but I have 13 etheric lights and nothing left to ascend

Yes, no point in hoarding the etheric light. Year one weapons won't be ascend able to TheTakenKing damage cap. So if you need it for any level 33 and up content and don't have a high impact sniper, ascend it

Yeah why not? So you can save what like 30 materials? Yeah that's going to help you out In TTK so much. If it's a good roll and you like it then it's worth ascending

If you've been using predyths revenge for PvE then yes. HB is gonna be way better. Roll for surplus clown cartridge.

8 RepliesFor PVE, I'd get the Efrideet's Spear. When next the Iron Banner comes around, you can pick them up then. Her Benevolence has an impact of 31 while Efrideet's has 40. The extra impact can help against bosses like Skolas. If you just can't wait for Iron Banner, then Her Benevolence is the best PVE sniper rifle available through House of Wolves. Eye of Sol is also 40 impact, but it's only attainable through the Trials of Osiris. As another poster commented, surplus is an amazing perk for PVE.

11 RepliesNot sure that it's necessary to ascend it, it has enough impact to one shot people off a revive if you get a headshot, so that won't really make that any better. Try to roll the following perks though for pvp: Shortgaze/Ambush scopes Hidden Hand Hand-Laid Stock Unflinching I have it on my warlock, only thing I'm missing is Shortgaze but I have Ambush so there's no way I'm rerolling again.

It's a great weapon, I ascended mine. I have Arc damage with shoot to loot, it's a brilliant PvE sniper. But if you can, I suggest the Vanguard or New Monarchy snipers, they're just that bit better.

Get one with surplus,ambush scope and extra stabiltyand you will love life lol headshots for daaaays ;)
