The patch yesterday nerfed the damage from and strength of detainment. Just make sure someone takes down the eye, when he's searching for targets everyone needs to group up and then shotgun your way out as quickly as possible. Or if you have the capabilites, just spam Gally and down him before he can contain anyone.
