Okay so let me make this very clear. NOBODY should have go cheese ROC strikes. If you are 26 or above you especially should not be cheesing strikes. When you jump up on that high ledge on the nexus you cause 3x the number of Vex to spawn non stop.(this next part of rant I am not and was not calling cheesing I just find it annoying on certain maps). When you go running past everyone on valus taruc, you cause everyone else (and often yourself) to struggle trying to catch up while dodging all of the enemies that you ran (or attempted to run) past. I'm honestly sick of getting put in games with people like this. You DO realize that I've gotten legendary engrams from killing the regular enemies right? Oh and leaving when omnigul comes up, just -blam!-ing stop. Omnigul is probably the best strike thus far, and people don't want to play it cuz "it's too hard waaaah." end rant I think.
Edited to correct my run on subjects of cheese spots and run throughs. I know running through isn't cheesing, I didn't mean to imply that it was. And for the people calling me a kid I'm almost 24. And for the elitists...get a life.
I know I'm a noob, I've literally posted a thread about myself with noob in the title. So if you came here to talk crap and make your pee pee hard knowing that you have better gear than a noob then idk what to tell you.
I wonder how many of the extremely rude ones talking shit (and repeating everyone else before them) are virgin dorks? I'll bet at least 40%

Spoiler alert: the people calling me a scrub get bullied at school. I wish I could beat up people via interwebs.

4 AntwortenThat's why I prefer doing this with friends. That way we can agree on a game plan.

I do speed runs sometimes, i don't mind much. If players don't keep up I'll go back. If they do then good for us... But cheesing a vanguard strike? WTF... nightfall, sure... regular strike or weekly heroic... GTFO
-
Speed runs aren't cheese. It's time management.

With regards to your edit abt people commenting on this thread "talking crap"...... The thread itself is abt you "talking crap" abt how people choose to play the game.

I have a suggestion. You should print out this entire post and all of the replies and seal it up in an envelope. Write "Do not open until 2025" on the envelope and then stick it in between the pages of a book or hide it somewhere where you'll forget about it. Then, in 2025, open it up and reflect upon what you've written. Try to remember what was going through your mind when you made this post. Read through the comments, especially the ones that criticize your post or that you replied to. I can without a doubt guarantee that you'll be a different person in ten years and will look back and wonder what drove you to post this. Everyone should do this from time to time regardless of age to reflect upon how they've grown as a person. I'm giving you this piece of advice because you stated in your post "I'm not a kid, I'm almost 24". You'll know what I'm talking about in 2025! Oh and regarding the vex spawning in at an extreme rate during the nexus strike... That isn't a direct result of players sitting up top but rather a result of the boss taking so much damage and spawning new waves every time it's health gets to a certain interval. Know that the most important goal of a strike or really any activity in destiny is two things: have fun and win. You should be happy that your fireteam members are doing loads of damage to the boss, no matter where they choose to engage him from. You should be having fun by being challenged to survive and adjusting your play style to elements that are out of your control like how others choose to play.

Xmas noobs arent allowed to make post like this, your knowledge of the game is like to a 3rd grader talking about calculus you just dont have a clue
-
I know you think we are cheesing but we aren't we are speed running them to save time.
-
Why would we listen to you if you are nerd? How does other people playing the game how they want to play it affect you? If you don't like how people play the game they paid for then I suggest playing a single player game that you make the rules for. Please stop crying

Xmas noob.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von tmpka53: 2/10/2015 5:54:13 PMI will always do Nexus from up on the ledge. It's faster and easier than scrambling around at bottom and it's cake with an Ice Breaker and a 331 void heavy for the mino that spawns
lol kid with swag in his name
6 AntwortenRunning is ruining the strike. Strike is to wipe out the opposition, not run past it cowardly. Play the strike, none are difficult. None are time consuming.

If i don't need glimmer, I'm passing up as much if a strike as I can. What's your average legendary engram per strike? What did you receive from said engram? If you're getting one per strike, then you my friend have some awesome rng luck. I'd say most average 1 (legendary) engram every 10 strikes at best. Why waste that much time when I know I'll get rewards after completion?

7 AntwortenLook mate I paid for the game the to play it how I want. If I wanted to run around the tower in my undies and rubbed my saggy ass balls all over Eris's face then piss on her ship....I'll do it.

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von Kontii Slyfox: 2/10/2015 1:59:30 PMYou're 24 dude. Are you seriously going to post a topic like this on the forum and get upset when the angry mob blows you up? Not to mention start talking trash back to them? Where do you think you are?

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von GRYSWULD: 2/10/2015 5:58:43 PMThis guy gets it. Thank -blam!-. Just ignore the screaming throngs of degenerates running around the forums, they constantly need to check pee pee sizes to feel good about themselves, and or have none to speak of, so they spout nonsensical gibberish as loud as they can to push their oh so special opinions upon everyone. But I digress, I always end up with a shit ton of engrams at the end of my strike runs, you can kill everything on pretty much every strike and be done in 10 mins or less. Funny watching guardians run ahead and die, pretty much just let them Rez themselves. You wanna run ahead and all that shit, cool, you can fend for yourself. And for gods sake, cheesing lvl 26 strikes, they're not that hard.
-
1 Antwortendude its not cheesing or it being too hard, its a waste of time. why would make the strike last longer than it should if youre still getting the same shit as if you didnt "cheese"
-
1 AntwortenI'm not sure how to describe you A new year noob? Anyway each and every strike is easy to solo, it shouldn't matter what other people are doing, just do it yourself you lazy prick
-
Don't worry buddy just do your thing and let them do whatever they do. If you kill all the enemys on the way it improves your kill = higher chance at a legendary Engram and you'll catch them up just to pop the last round into the boss....Simple

1 AntwortenWhen you say skip areas though, do you not even sparrow through the non-darkness zones? Cuz come on who has time for that.
