I'm leaving for AirForce BMT and I have to say I enjoy this game soooo much and I'm a little bummed I'm going to miss out on the DLC! I'll be gone for about 8 months total before I get to play again! Superb job Bungie! I know there are a lot of negative people out there but that's their problem, it's all about enjoying something, not trying to pick out all the nit-picky flaws. Thank you for the experience and I will be back soon to once again push back the darkness with my fellow guardians!
EDIT 1: Thankyou for all the encouragement! I currently play on 360 but plan on upgrading to the One when I get back so add me if you'd like to play in the future! GT is the same as my username!
EDIT 2: I want to extend my own personal gratitude towards all of those who have served before me regardless of which branch of the military you have served in!
EDIT 3: Thanks for all the good wishes and keep the good advice coming! I'm trying to soak up all the info I can and i really appreciate all the support!
UPDATE: 2 DAYS LEFT
UPDATE: 1 DAY LEFT
I'M BACK!!!!! I'm a brand new AIRMAN fresh out of the box!!!

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Blam031312: 3/17/2015 1:03:33 PMTry to get on laundry duty Don't be the slowest guy in the morning Know your memory work BMT is the easy part. The hardest part is not getting caught doing stupid shit in tech school. Oh, and don't get married...you think it's funny, but you'll see what I'm talking about. You'll be able to play in tech school. Have you parents or whoever mail it out the day you get to tech school. Or better yet. The first weekend you can, fly home and drive back.

Thank you for serving

Thank you for your service.

Make sure you do not have any change in your pants pockets when you arrive at basic. Trust me.

From a fellow USAF, stay low, don't get known, and DONT volunteer for sht. The least they know you, the better. They can't call your name from a crowd if they don't know what it is ;). Plus, being a dorm chief or a section leader doesn't matter in the end. They won't care once you're stationed. All in all, you'll feel extremely proud of yourself at the end so good luck, mate.

*salute proudly* Thanks to you, this nation is a safer place...
secret Bump
Bearbeitet von Shaft62702: 2/8/2015 5:57:33 PMYou should be able to use it in tech school, basic training is only 6 weeks. Back in my day, I had an NES and there would always be 10 or so other airman gathered around watching and waiting to play. I used to be an avionics tech for f16 jets in late 80's and early 90's. Good luck in basic and have fun folding your underware in 4 inch squares.

I have 2 sons going into the military this year... Your post made me feel very proud. Stay safe and thank you for your service!!

I'm so happy to see so much positive comments! It's terrible to see people who dog our men and women in the military who protect us from many evils out in the world. Thank you for your service and God bless!!

8 AntwortenStay safe out there! Don't know you but thank you for aspiring to protect our nation <3

I wish you the best of luck. Listen to your drill sergeant and you should be fine, and where are you going for BT?

Be safe fellow guardian!

The summer will be brutal in San Antonio. I did my BMT around this same time period. Do as ure told, dont question what ure told. It's not ur place to think. It's vry easy to get thru. Remember that you are doing something for a much bigger cause. You can make millions proud just by standing up for those that aren't strong enough to stand for themselves.

Good luck good sir. Have fun at basic and do everything to your utmost best. God Bless. Sincerely a fellow service men. USMC (ret) rah!

We'll be here when you get back. (maybe)
