Didn't receive my raid item! please help
I just finished the Crota's End normal raid and it listed that i got a Black Hammer on the bottom left of the screen but I never received it. Please help me, Thank you.
Edit* I already checked the Postmaster. This is only my 2nd raid, the first raid I did i didn't receive my item at first right after the Raid but then I stayed for 15 seconds and received the item. But this time the leader went to orbit right away and then I never received the item while the rest of the fireteam received the item. Can you up vote so they see this please! I can't find a way to contact Bungie

I just felt I would add my 2 cents in here too and say basically the same thing everyone else has said already. Bungie does not replace lost/stolen/broken-down/misplaced/eaten/taken-by-aliens weapons or characters regardless of how it happens. Sorry you item/character are lost in the place the Vex keep locked out of time.

1 AntwortenI have the same problem. This week I recieved nothing with my titan in crota 30 and in crota 33. Bridge and Ir Yut lost with just air. Is really difficult to earn a reward and to do a raid. This bug is really disgusting. I can´t find a way to contact bungie too and I tried on twitter. And this is not a quest is a raid. We should have Items.

If your that upset about I have a solution to fix your issues in three easy steps. Step 1: remove disc fro. Console and power down console. Step 2: take your game disc an with the shiny side of disc run a sharp nail in a circular motion step 3: destroy said disc by taking a hammer and wala problem solved. 6 AntwortenAccording to Bungie's Offical website https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 They don't list a situation where you lose an item that was promised to you after a Quest. There is still a chance where they can help me. Up vote so they can see please!
