Has no one defeated Crota legit?
I played in 5 different fireteams last night with like 20+ attempts each trying to kill Crota on NORMAL and all 5 teams were incapable of even taking him down to half health. I keep trying to join teams to learn how to actually play and I can't find anyone who has the remotest idea how to beat Crota in a quick organized manner. Should I join a clan or something to find some decent raiders? So frustrating....

Did it on normal last night with a pug. Beat it last week on hard twice with pugs. You should be able to judge if a fire team has what it takes after a few wipes

1 AntwortenGo on YouTube and watch some videos. Not being mean. Tut will give you a good idea of how the fight works. There are many different ways groups use to beat crota. It's a very simple fight. Don't die. Kill sword bearer.Hit crota with rockets. Hit crota with sword. Repeat

1 AntwortenThe problem is that now hard modes out any decent players are playing that. I joined a normal today and it was just horrible! No clear planning, two "top dogs" fighting for everyone to do it their way both of which were shit, yet because I was only playing on my 30 and the others were on 31s and 32s my opinion didn't matter. They kept wanting to shoot crota with only primaries on both downs because the swordbearer was too slow and only ever used rb. I gave it two runs then left!

Normal is not even difficult at this point. Clans definitely help but that also depends on the clan members. Just because someone is in a clan doesn't mean they are actually good.
