Has no one defeated Crota legit?
I played in 5 different fireteams last night with like 20+ attempts each trying to kill Crota on NORMAL and all 5 teams were incapable of even taking him down to half health. I keep trying to join teams to learn how to actually play and I can't find anyone who has the remotest idea how to beat Crota in a quick organized manner. Should I join a clan or something to find some decent raiders? So frustrating....

7 AntwortenI've gotten through the raid, without cheesing any bits, solo. I've dragged two 28's through to Crota for rewards (Two manning it each time) for them to get rewards, and because I was bored. How can 5 members of a team not take him down... were they somehow all level 30's?

Beat him with randoms every time, except once when we had two 31s on Hard who were not geared up for Hard.

Just ran through hard my first time and beat Crota are 3rd try we did it legit all the way through did normal raid plenty of times not much difference

Friday night on Xbox one I usually help teams through. There's a couple guys I know who aren't familiar with the fight but need some direction. If you want to join add and messg me. It's usually late around 11 pm eastern since I work nights.

Yes, my team and I use the left strategy on hard mode Crota. Its easy with experienced raiders.

Define legit. Shoot boomers, get sword, smash. Repeat. It's a joke.

If the sword guy can't get at least 7 hits, they're garbage.
