What Happened To Hard Raid Gear?
Exhibit A: Kabr's Defending Grasps
Ever since I saw this picture of seemingly VoG Hard Raid gear I wanted it. This screenshot was obviously taken during development, but I mean look at these! Any Titan would drool after seeing this item in their inventory. I would really love these gauntlets (and the rest of the set, as well as for the other classes) in the game in some way or another. I really hope Bungie is still planning on putting new raid gear sets for old and/or current raids. What do you guys think?

The blue set of VOG gear was supposed to be the rewards for higher level VOG raid. I'm sure they're buried in the deepest darkest recesses of your disk along with Jupiter and Saturn. We'll probably never get access to it.

2 AntwortenThe other raid sets were only at 27 light, and were intended for the normal mode. They decided to remove those sets and instead only include light level 30 gear in the raid, and make the helmet attainable only in hard mode.

3 AntwortenYeah on the destiny database they have info about a whole other set of armor for the VoG on all classes, and in a leak there were images of a second set of crotas end armor for all classes too. I'm not sure what's going on with that and I too am disappointed.

Wouldn't an equally 'obvious' conclusion be that you fell for a picture some random person on the internet made? I mean, if you google it you'll always see sources that... you know... aren't having anything to do with Bungie themselves. It also has two Light so I mean... eh.
