Hand cannons are effective at scout rifle range. You're talking about epilogue range. Either way, in most cases you are in that range. If someone is too far just dip out and plan a route. You'll still come out on top with the right strat. If you pop your head out and try to come at me with that vex at a distance, you're dead In 4 shots lol. That voc won't give you time to react. It's all about how you use your weapon.
