Hello guise, What's going on guardians, I'm looking for a group of 32's to run hard mode with tomorrow. I'ma be honest; I'm looking for a laid back group. Not no elitist fag s that trip for the littlest shit. Lets have fun,its not like were winning money out this lol. Some basic stuff about me - 3 32's - maxed out 2.0 jellybaby/hunger of C and ice B along with other maxed out guns - KNOW HOW TO DO EVERYTHING LEGIT! - Always carry HEAVY AMMO SYNTH - Can run sword good [as long as you guise call it out right] - completed the raid every week on every character If any of you kid souls need an extra, INVITE ME , ill be on as soon as it goes live. So what your saying is that all of the christmas noobs who got dlc and vendor gear are better than us. I never used vendor gear and even got things like my suros icebrkr dragons breath no land beyond etc. legitly. So to say im a bad player because i dont get shards from the raid and because i have 3 crota gauntlets and helmets instead of shards then you obviously are an elitist scrub who brags about how is vex performs like a fag. Destiny does t need players like you so please dont be such a ignorant person.

My group is only doing hard mode with 32.. I think its fair. CE have been out long now, and everybody who raids should have minimum one 32 to do hard mode with. I would have one of each 32 if it wasn't because i havent got any helmet or gaunlets for titan yet

My usual fireteam is all 32 except 1 person. We plan on carrying him through hard mode since he is 31 and RNG just hasn't been kind enough to give him a +36 chest piece.

I think for PUGs, until the ins and outs are known, it's just intelligent to stick with more survivability/dmg.

I was telling my mates about this last night, I don't care who you are, or what you can do, if you aren't 32, you're not joining. This isn't a 32 hard raid like VoG (max level was the same as the difficulty) this is 33, meaning by the end we will be facing 34s, crota himself might be a 35. So going in there as a 31 is just stupid because you're only going to be at a major disadvantage, no matter how good you are.

All the people I raid with already are 32's. I wouldn't mind carrying some poor level 31 though.

How DARE you to decide to say whether or not some people are skilled at the game. Looking at your overall stats I think that's the pot calling the kettle black isn't it? I think the poll you put is valid but honestly looking at all your stats the rest of what you said is TOTAL CRAP.

According to your cheesy stats, you defiantly need a team of 32s to carry your ass.

Honestly, I don't care about Hard Mode, but these posts are getting a bit annoying. If you choose to only accept 32's, especially for the first few days, more power to you. Why give yourself a disadvantage (even if it is only a slight one) in what is theoretically the hardest content in the game? Your Fireteam is your decision, so take whoever you want. And your poll was an honest question, so I respect that. (A Quick Disclaimer: I am what most people would call a "Casual" with a mere 150 hours (Wow, only 6 whole days?!?) in Destiny since September, and a half-dozen Raid completions, so this really doesn't apply to me. I'll be doing Normal for a while, so Hard Mode can wait until I find a decent raid team and get some better weapons/armor.) You also did add in a few edits to correct a few things you overlooked or worded poorly, so props to you for that. Many people on these forums refuse to even do that. You acknowledged that some players simply have bad luck with RNG, so no problems there. And yes, almost every recruitment post will be "32's only," but there's nothing we can do about that. With that being said, you made way too many generalizations, even in some of your edits. Some of your statements are making ridiculous assumptions about the community at large, especially in regards to what you call "skill" and "determination." You made way too many statements like "Bottom line is if you don't have a 7 Raid KD you are not skilled," or "Sometimes the truth hurts." With these statements, you are basically stating that your word is the bottom line in this discussion, whether you intended it that way or not. That seems arrogant and self-righteous, and will not gain you anything. Frankly, you could probably beat the entire raid with a single 32 (To carry the Sword) and some skilled 31's with good weapons. It would be difficult, but it certainly seems possible. Obviously, there could be new Hard Mode mechanics that make it nearly impossible for 31's, but that is just speculation until it drops. You are entitled to your own opinion, and you have the right to raid with whoever you want, with whatever requirements you want. Most of us are not arguing with that. Very few people with a decent amount of self-respect will try to force themselves into someone's LFG 32-only Fireteam as a 31. They'll just look for a team that would accept a 31. But please, think a little before you make a post or add an edit. The poll was fine, it was a simple question, but your reasoning that you added below it was totally unnecessary, and was certain to lead to heated debate among the community. Some of your statements were justified and reasonable, some of them were downright arrogant. The insults and arguments that have appeared on this page should never have appeared here in the first place. Whether you intend to or not, posts like these will divide the community, and make us all weaker as a result. We all want Destiny to succeed, to be the game that it was meant to be. But that can never be achieved if the community stays the way it is. We all need to push aside our petty disagreements and foolish arguments, and turn this community into a helpful, accepting group of people who all love Destiny. These forums should be a place for reasonable debate and advice, not expletive-filled rants and insults. I may not agree with everything here... Yet one valid point is... what if there are level 35 enemies? The level 30 raid has level 32 mobs... If that is the case, a 31 will do zero damage. Which equates to being absolutely useless. If they cap all mobs at 33, I see no problem with a few 31's in the group.
