Stop rewarding rubbish Crucible players
Seriously, done like 5 games where one of the worst players on the losing team gets an exotic or one of the worst on the winning team gets one,. Why do the best players always get nothing? I finish top almost every PVP game I play but always get nothing while the rubbish players are always rewards, take into account the good players.
Some of these noobs stop playing halfway through and make the team lose but get rewarded

It is random and even if they play terribly why should your time be worth any more than theirs (you already get the satisfaction of outplaying them, well of you don't just rely on Thorn/Vex like a scrub)?
