7 AntwortenHow about you stop crying about a weapon and address the real problem. Extremely poor map design that favors close range weapons and over saturation of special ammo that allows players to run special weapons as primaries.

Its fine as it is. Adapt and move on. The use of fusion rifles has decreased dramatically in the past 2 months by my observation.

The charge rates are already slow if you hear someone pre charging it don't go around the corner or walk through the door. If anything needs to be fixed it's their range and their spread at longer ranges.

18 AntwortenIts bad design, do they have any good multiplayer designers in this game? How didn't they think that people would camp behind corners and charge up before popping out of a corner to one shot someone, fusion rifles out kill every gun as long as they charge a little before you run out and you can do it all without even using your sights. Its like, imagine making golden gun an auto rifle instead of a hand cannon, it sounds retarded but that scenario is the same as the current state of fusion rifles. Some of the 'good players' in crucible only use fusion rifles, I know a guy who has 5000+ kills with fusion rifles as his main used weapon, 2000+ super, 1000+ melee then everything else under 500 kills. Its retarded, without a fusion rifle this guy would just be another noob but he is taking out people who are much better due to the fact that he charges up behind corners and crouches half the time. Bungie, fix this.

Fusion rifles are op to make kiddies feel good. Let them have it. I carry either sniper or a shotgun depending on the map size.

Though the top players tend to carry sniper rifles in PvP. Honestly though, I don't think fusion rifles are too far off the mark in terms of balance. The bigger issue is that shotguns are just really underpowered post nerf. I understand the reason for the range nerf... but they should of compensated shotguns for the nerf. Shot guns need higher ammo capacity, and higher impacts to be on par with fusion rifles in both PvP and PvE. The reward of wielding a shotgun currently doesn't match the risk.

Slower charge rate? Just cause your ass is getting owned by fusion rifles? Why don't you stop crying and suggest something more useful instead of crying for weapon changes!

Swap the range with shotguns. It never made sense to me why a fusion can shoot further than a shotgun.

Fusion rifles are fine as they are, you have to pre-charge to get consistent kills with them and that makes a hell of a noise, plus they have to land all shots to kill so a jump will usually save you and you can kill them before they can charge the second shot (minus pocket infinity). Plus the amount of times I see someone with a fusion rifle take on more than one person, they always die as the charge time for the second shot give the other person plenty of time to take them down.

Easier fix. Make it so the user is put into a "lockdown mode" the moment they start charging. This basically means the moment they start to charge they are unable to move but gain a slight damage resistance. Releasing the trigger or jumping will cancel this. Instead of firing several bolts it'll fire one incredibly powerful over penetrating round with slight velocity to account for. This fix makes it more skillful. Gets rid of pre-charge around corners. and the person would have to lead their target at a distance and would still have a fighting chance at a mid range gunfight. Up close it would of course lose to shotties but I have a different suggestion for possible "shotguns would become unstoppable" argument.

Well I think they need to nerf the range on some fusion rifles like most purifiers cuz I have a max range one rangefinder stability parks and it looks like an ice breaker bullet
