Crotas end impossible due to glitch
Guys, ever since the patch, I've been running crotas end as normal, yet when we get to crota himself there is a glitch that makes him impossible to beat.
We run everything exactly as we did before, which worked every time. But when we get him to his knee, he seems to stand back up? Then the boomers kill someone and the oversoul wipes us.
Bungie pls, how the he'll are we supposed to drop crotas shield like 5 times to kill him? This is impossible and ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.

Have all the warlocks hit him with a solar grenades at the same time, also all non warlocks should hit him with an upgraded dragons breath, after this happens have the host quit as normal, it'll helps the bug. No seriously try it it causes Crota to keep taking damage the entire fight ;)

No its not did it on all 3 characters last night with no problems at all.

Not impossible. I used the sword twice since the patch to take him down. Though it does seem tougher as they made some tweaks to go along with a little buggier battle. Sword didn't drop from the sword bearer after we killed him. Went to see where it was then poof, about 15 seconds later in appeared. He also was not staying in the middle as long a couple times.

I have noticed he moved to the right after the first sword swipe. Not both swords just the one.

Been trying this, he gets straight back up after he goes down in his knee, don't understand it, can only get one hit in with the sword

it's your connection, i have also realised it, make sure the host has good connection. ( host should be sword runner anyway for maximum efficiency).

Yep we had the same problem. Drops to his knee and then springs back up straight away and kills our sword bearer. Annoying to say the least.

Had the same experience last night, we would drop him to his knee then it was just a lottery as to how long he would stay down for. A couple of times our sword would get in 2 hits, other times he would get 4 (sword would always get to Crota just as his shield was dropped).

I finished 2 raids on the first attempt last night. I had no issues with Crota, you must be unlucky.
