Bungie has stated that a rare gun is perfectly able to kill you, and its a shotgun, so what were you expecting?

What do you expect!? lvl 20 bullet to bounce off your armor and did no damage!? k/d is not relevant here. At least I own up to my bad skill if (which havnt happened yet) I get killed by a level 20 with a rare shotgun in Iron Banner. Sersiously, grow a pair

I'm rocking raid and exotic gear. He's running blue gear if he has invective he would do the same damage to me as I would him so wtf is the point in leveling up?
