A weapon doesn't 'make someone win' and trying to demean all players using it is stupid. I don't see how this weapon 'make anyone better'. I literally got mine the other day and played crucible for a bounty for exotic parts to upgrade, in no way did I do any better then I normally do, which is imo fairly decent with the occasional shitty game. If any gun right now seems 'OP' it's thorn honestly, with its upgrade that burn is devastating with 2-3 hits, but even so the gun isn't making those players any better.

:) I love my newly acquired vex. It's still not as effective and hiding round corners with a fusion rifle though.

12 AntwortenSo what about the Suros Regime? It consistently out performs the Vex at extended medium to long range. But if the Vex takes no skill to shred people then that means it takes even less skill to use the gun that out performs the Vex. So everyone using the Suros has less skill than everyone using the Vex. And what about Thorn? Shoot someone in the body 3 times then run around a corner and start T-bagging and giggling until they die. Where's the skill in that? And any tracking rocket launcher; just aim and shoot and forget about it. The rocket does all the work for you. There's no skill there. I'm just applying your thought process here.

4 AntwortenIf someone keeps killing you with the Vex, all you have to do is back up. That's it. Just back up. You're the one that's bad. You don't want to adapt or change accordingly. Don't blame others for using good weapons, blame yourself for not learning how to beat them.

I can get like 20 kills a game easy with the vex on certain maps. Sometimes it makes the best players even better

Its no arguement that the vex has an edge, makes it all the more enjoyable when I shut them down with TLW at close range.

1 AntwortenI use it just to start more crying threads like this one and because I'm not the best at Pvp (don't care because being good at pvp means nothing and gets you nothing). But it's mostly for the crying thing.

1 AntwortenShotguns and fusion riflers are no better. I still use my vex tho. Sure I can mow ppl down with auto gun but am sitting there following thru with headshots and then they just throw out a shotgun and unskillfully kill me. Cant beat em join em.

The main objective of all game-modes is kills, so why not use the gun that kills so easily? *Fusion rifle keeps killing me* "scrubs use fusion rifles" *Shotgun keeps killing me* "scrubs use shotguns" *Sniper rifle keep killing me* "scrubs use sniper rifles" I could go on but you see the point. It's always the same on here! I'm not for one minute saying the Vex isn't easy to use but my god is it fun! People like you confuse me - why shut the Vex off to yourself when its seemingly the best primary gun to use? Unless of course you don't have it, but thats just another funny argument.

1 AntwortenThe vex isn't even good at PvP... Don't get me wrong, I love the gun in PvE this dlc, but I never use it in the crucible. After the dark below, it belongs in a special place in my vault as a collectible, lol.

3 AntwortenVex is nothing compared to fusion rifles, blink, shotgun and the Titan shoulder charge. All these are OP as hell in the crucible and have totally ruined the experience for me.
