Public Events - Lvl 11 - No Marks
Hello,
I've found lots of information on how to farm for public events. It was useful to actually do them but there's something I don't understand. I did them at lvl 11 and did not get any Marks. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to have Vanguard reputation 1 to get any marks or is it a problem with the lvl?

You do not receive marks until level 20. You also do not receive commendations until rank 3 with that faction

U need to be level 20 to start getting marks bud.
