Xur is selling this weekend. I have Glass House but don't really use it much. Would really like Saint-14 but until I can obtain that one I was thinking of picking this one up. Looks beastly for Striker class and PvP. What are your thoughts?
Edit: Lots of good input. Thanks. Also, just an fyi since I see a lot of other suggestions, I already have Amamentarium, Glass House, Ruin Wings, and MK 44's. Was considering Skullfort for Striker and disco dancing but decided to pass on it for now. Really would like Saint 14 for defender use. Let's see if RNGesus or Xur will be kinder to me. Thanks everyone for all the info.

I own it. Only because I don't like earning XP on maxed out stuff. Will never use it. Ruin Wings/Glass house in PvE and Mk. 44's in crucible.

1 AntwortenHey I'm I've only played Titan since the beta and have every exotic except for one and I'd pick this one up for sure. Now it really depends on what you play and what your style is, but here's my breakdown: First I normally play PvP and I like to run, gun, and get in peoples faces so this item is great for me, especially when combined with Overload. I can really relate it to No Backup Plans because it helps you stay alive longer. When in PvE I think it can again keep you alive a lot longer if close quarters and will do better combined with Discharge especially around Thralls. In addition this will let you use Aftershock on your Pulse Grenade to keep some distance between you and enemies. When using Saint-14 the only real advantage you have is blinding the enemies which is great if they're close and you're leaning towards support. Regardless enemies shouldn't be getting close to you at all in these endgame encounters. If you're a PvE player go with Saint-14 and help your Warlock and Hunter buddies. If you like to be really aggressive or play PvP I'd pick it up this weekend. Either way it's still the best looking one out of them all.

It looks nice.

Best exotic armor for titan for crucible is Helm of Inmost Light, Helm of Saint-14, Armantarium for extra grenade (can't remember how the chest piece is spelled) and Mk. 44 exotic boots for shoulder charge.. Nothing else beside these IMO..

14 AntwortenI'm propably the only one who thinks this, but... I really like "No Backup Plans". Those gloves are just fun to use! Almost unlimited overshield is a great boon for me. Mix them with right perks, that make the shield stronger, last longer and regenrate. Quite like it! Not ideal for every scenario, but that's why you have many other armor pieces. Still, I use it as often as I can. :)

I would've bought Skullfort if I didn't spend all my coins on TLW. I think it's one of the best looking Titan exotics.
-
It's really good and useful
-
I've got Glasshouse and St-14, both of which are amazing for Defender subclass. That helm is ok for striker, but I think there are better exotic options for that subclass.
-
It seems incredibly useless thus far.
-
Terrible
-
Its beautiful, but useless as fùck

2 AntwortenIts good,, Not going to lie though When I got it ,,I got it for the looks lol,, inmost light is more useful for Striker given the perks ,, and saint 14 would be my go to for defender (if I had it,,tear, tear) the perks are sweet.

Unless you need helmet for 32, go with ruin wings
-
If it provided extra resistance while performing shoulder charges too it'd be a good contender to innermost light
-
It's good

I bought it this weekend for my Titan. It isn't fully upgraded yet but overall I like it.

1 AntwortenHonestly the helm of inmost light is more beneficial to the striker class the skull fort is good because you respawn with melee energy but the inmost light offers much more than skullfort ive been using titan class since the game first started i personally use ruin wings.

Leveling it up for my baby titan im working on, other than that .......meh.
-
I just switched to helm of the saint today.. Much better for super!

Bearbeitet von Recon SR2: 1/10/2015 3:29:49 PMI dismantled it, the Transfusion perk on Strikers regenerates health with Storm Fist and Shoulder Charge. Skullfort only works on Storm Fist (or at least that's what it says, can anyone confirm or deny this?) and the respawn with melee energy is not as useful as you think. It looks cool, but it doesn't match ANYTHING. Thunderdevil is the only shader that looks decent with it.

Helmet wise, Saint 14 or innmost light, the rest are garbage.
-
Way too situational for me. In 99% of the game, enemies you melee are either too strong or too weak to make the perk worth it. Helm of inmost light is much better for striker.
