Blame bungie and rng to some extent and the extra currency and the ton of other bugs in the game. Why waste a couple of hours to get the same gun and gauntlets you already have. Why do it legit and struggle to get to 32 when with no matchmaking in game for raids getting a fireteam for hard at 31 can be difficult same as what happened at vog hard raid.
