yet another day where bungie has stepped up to full blown cuunt level and locked players out of everything.
kids who just got the game a week or so ago cant play a damn thing unless they bend to bungies will and spend another $40, which for a lot of people buying destiny these days is more than the damn game costs.
SHAME on you bungie, you are being a bunch of complete cun t heads abusing your customers like this.
there is no reason other than being utter and complete bastards. For decades to come I will be reminding people how bungie decided to fuuck over players after just 12 weeks for a lousy few dollars.
edited title for those concerns xur left today anyway....

2 AntwortenIt's a marketing ploy. Why'd they have Omnigul as the Weekly/Nightfall strike again? Popular demand? Well I admit I enjoy that strike and it's especially satisfying with the solar damage bonus. But there used to be a rotation with the strikes and Omnigul popping up twice in a month seems to me like an attempt to get those people on the fence to buy in. I bought in and I'm happy I did - $20 on a few cheeseburgers or a game I'll get hours of fun out of - easy choice for me. Everyone's different. There is only one game though, just like wow, if you don't buy the expansions you don't play the expansion and what happens if the expansions are incorporated into a large part of the game? If you didn't buy it you don't play it.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von CarterJOlsen06: 1/6/2015 6:36:05 AMI think the best way to solve this issue is to have two separate weekly strike playlist sort of things. I do think it is a little unfair to be locked out of playing, but it's just a marketing scheme, welcome to a capitalistic society. It's how business works

11 AntwortenPeople who paid for extra content are getting it, if you dont buy the xpac, then you dont deserve to participate in the new content. Buy the DLC, or go play something else. You kids need to get used to games that are MMO-like, this is normal and how they all work, dont like it? Then choose a different game.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Dismal Trauma: 1/5/2015 5:39:27 PMThis really is a stupid topic to even have to post. The OP is right, it's just bully tactics spawned from greed. Even as I hold the DLC myself having paid for it, the fact is that locking out other content they previously had access to is straight up bullshit. So what if parts of the DLC are used for daily/weekly/nightfall - they should have their OWN rotation of these things for THEIR vanilla version of it. Bungie stripping it away instead of implementing a separate system for the original game is totally lazy and ultimately greedy. It's not the same Bungie it used to be. I also think that vanilla players should not have access to L31 items. It's not necessary and they didn't pay for it. Take away the new gear, let them keep the content they had. The game's version should be separated, it's that simple.

You know it's politics&money when it takes a -blam!-ing year for The dark below to come out and it takes you a -blam!-ing week to beat it ...bungie ... -blam!-ing lazy money hungry pigs

Sad.....get Destiny at Christmas and then you can not play part of the game. Hey Mom....I need $20 more dollars to play this game. What mom says????? Nope. We need to take this game back if you can not play it.

7 AntwortenBearbeitet von Toc Dabbers: 1/5/2015 9:11:57 PMIt's an actively evolving game what you want that for free?? Welcome to the real world. Don't play if you don't like it. If you hadn't skipped the licensing agreement you would understand they have every right to do this. Not that it's a good thing to block players, but that's our thank you from them for purchasing new content.

Certainly doesn't help friends connect and play missions together.

30 AntwortenPeople like me who grind the game out hard shouldn't be taken away the fun of playing new strikes and doing new weeklys just cause peasant like you can't afford a 20$ dlc. You whin like a bitch yet still play the game. Go grew a sack and stop acting like a bitch in her period

2 AntwortenIn the words of Kindergarten Cops Arnord Schwarzenegger "Stop Whining". Go buy the damn DLC, if you can't afford that you probably shouldn't be gaming you should look for a job.

6 AntwortenWhen will these threads stop. At least have one big thread because twenty of them are annoying. Buy the -blam!-ing dlc or quit bitching

8 AntwortenSince when did Bungie promise daily and weekly bonuses to gamers? How is it original content if they are merely glorified bounties (do this, this one way, for extra rewards)? I don't buy this argument that dailies and weeklies are promised original content. The story is. The crucible is. The VOG is. The strikes are. But a weekly? On Halo, with time, more and more of the popular playlists required DLC maps. I'm bummed I can't play crucible on a wider variety of maps because they're catering to people who haven't DLCd. Just saying man, this outrage is outrageous.

17 AntwortenJust buy the dlc and shut the f up
-
20 AntwortenWow another one, look it is locked because the strike and daily mission are dlc content, should you be allowed to play the strike you didn't pay for? I don't think so.
