[b]Dynamic Weather:[/b] Weather that affects Gameplay.
Some examples include: [b]Dust Storms/Sandstorms on Mars[/b] (Reduced Visibility/Slows Character Movement),[b] Hurricanes on Venus[/b] (Heavy rain blurs vision and rough winds sways your aim), [b]Blizzards on Earth[/b] (Reduced Visibility/Keep moving to avoid frostbite), [b]Lunar Eclipse on the Moon[/b] (Darkness EVERYWHERE).
[i]It would occur randomly between[u] 30 minutes - 1 hour[/u] and affects the entire planet (not a specific zone).[/i]

Yes this is what destiny needs. Let's worry about weather when massive bugs still plague both raids and many a heavy ammo have been lost in time. But you're right. We need better weather in the game! The retard level is OVER 9000!

I know I'm late but maybe a meteor impact or shower on the moon or Mars? Happens often enough in real life and would definitely make for an interesting Patrol. Obviously not a close impact, that would just ruin everyone's day. Poor Greg wouldn't stand a chance.
