Actually unless your whole team or 3 people are using it, it's ineffective. He moves around too much and IB or other snipes can't crit.

Not true at all, like 7 rockets from 1 Gjallerhorn takes out almost half of Atheon's health. And for the crit for snipers, doesn't matter because you still hit for 2k without crit. It does 10k with the time'svengeance, it is ridiculous.
