15 AntwortenIt's not Halo. It's a shooter with Halo elements. Watching spartans high five and chest bump at the end of the match was pretty much the nail in the coffin for me. I understand why 343 is doing what they are doing, but I'm moving on. Most of the ones who are praising this are probably about 25 years and under. It's not good.

4 AntwortenWhen bungie left Microsoft, they wanted to keep the money train going, so they formed 343 industries. The only thing "halo", that still exists with the franchise, is the name. The polish and game mechanics you'd expect from a bungie game are gone. Not the same game. It really is a shame too. It's like seeing your favourite movie franchises milked beyond recognition. An example being the alien franchise. You can't really blame them, but I for one am quite bitter.

343 have really screwed up with H4 and MCC but I won't lie the H5 beta rocks. 343 can still screw up the final product though and I wouldn't be surprised if they do

Gt xeoxis Halo 5 beta stomps all over destiny pvp. It's so smooth and refined that jumping back into the arena felt seamless. At first I was skeptical, but halo 5 might keep me from playing destiny :o

I put this up somewhere else but man, ranking needs an over haul. The fact that going up is purely a win/lose factor really sucks. No matter how good you play, if you're on a team of randoms and lose you still go down in rank. That really discourages players from playing on there own if they care about their rank, and discouraged continuous play if you already have a high rank because you have a higher chance of losing it. Another thing is how it pairs people up. Unranks should be playing against other unranks, silvers should be playing against silvers, etc. The way it's set up is if your high ranking, like an Onyx, you can get paired up with silvers and go down. It goes the other way too, with being a silver and being out against a team of onyx players.

I actually think Some of their statements are hilarious or contradicting of someone else's who also doesn't like it. Then there's the saying.....it's a good game...but..let me throw a little elbow in there and say....."but it's not halo"...but...it's still good... Then there's the guys who say the little Spartan entrance ruined the whole experience for them lmao. ...that shits comedy right there...it's whatever to me...I don't hate it or love it but...I don't care for it So it just doesn't matter..I myself really hate the stupid ass death music, but a small thing like that which has no effect on the actual gameplay won't make me say it's a shitty experience....not unless I was dying the entire match at least. Can't leave out the people who say they won't even try it...but then comment on it being a clone of various other games....might as well write a review for a movie you haven't watched while you're at it. Lots of credibility there. Here's a funny contradicting opinion I'm seeing thrown around quite often...2 opposing opinions that contradict each other. "343 is catering to the competitive crowd, they're ruining halo" "343 Is turning halo into a casual fest with no skill gap" It can't be both extremes at the same time Anyways, can't please everyone. Right now It just sucks knowing the beta will end and I'll have to wait till the end of the year to play again. It's still halo for me. The trademarks came back, and the additions took nothing away from it. AR range (or damage) needs fine tuning. Nade spams pretty high and the radius is huge but the thrusters kind of justify that...otherwise people would complain that it's too easy to evade nades.
