How did you get the Monte Carlo?
Also explain if you like the weapon or not.

It's got less impact than the good old Suros Regime but I like it because of its last perk the Monte Carlo Method. Basically if you kill an enemy with your melee ability and then kill another one with the Monte Carlo the perk has a chance to recharge your melee so it can be used again. The striker Titans have a perk which already does that so your just increasing those chances to melee even more. It would pretty much go something like melee, shoot, melee etc, it's pretty fun.
