You stated the problem yourself right in your own post. You're playing with young kids. They just aren't mature enough to know any better. That's why we started the clan that we have and the only requirement is that you be 30 and above. Don't get me wrong we do a lot of swearing, but never derogatory towards each other or racist at any point ever. Yes I know there are kids out there that were raised the correct way, but they are far and few between. Also immaturity can be a touchy subject because we ourselves are immature at times, but in the fun way not in the way that you mention.
