Maybe not, but it's useless without the dlc, as it just stays at common level

Not entirely useless , perfect for my recently level 10 Titan to use while I get his level higher , shall make a Warlock and use it for that too when he's a level 10.

It's pretty bad, I would use greens at level 10 over the Husk
