A creature that big, made form steel, or any other steel like material, should have a huge mass.. Crota is just a meatbag compared to Atheon. Crota should only have one try, and it should hit hard, otherwise Atheon will win period, time after time after time.

My first thought was duhh Atheon. But as many people have mentioned, the only way to take crota is with the sword. I guess Atheon could become the ultimate sord bearer but I dunno.

Atheon wins everywhere. Atheon does sword while supplicants do suicide dps to Crota along with minatuar and hobgoblin(sorry for spelling). Hobgoblins would also be on boomer duty. On the flip side Crota cant do vault. Lets say he makes it through oracles. He cant fit in the shield and all of his teammates do rocket like damage that cant shoot out the shield and would kill themselves except acolytes who dont do much damage.

2 AntwortenNo one wins. Atheon might have the power to revert time and teleport crota anytime and anywhere, but Crota can create his own dimension to get out of it. Neither would be able to use relics since the aegis is too small for Crota to use and the Ascendant Blade is too small as well for Atheon and even if Atheon were to take the blade, Atheon is slow and would not make in time to hit Crota before he stands up back again Also, if there were no relics this will happen: Atheon would shoot the heck off Crota as he runs for Atheon, causing Crota to take a knee. Since Crota's health is immune to any other attacks rather than the blade ,Atheon would not be able to take off any damage to Crota. As Crota stands up, Atheon backs up and shoots Crota and makes Crota to kneel, making the scenarios to repeat over and over again

The only reason the Vex can't mess with our history is due to the Light acting as Interference, If Crota faced Atheon the Vex would have to enter Crota's domain and connect it to the Conflux network. Here's the interesting part, during the fight Atheon can't send Crota to a Timestream, but he CAN send Vex. So long as he sends sufficient forces at the right moments he can turn the fight to his favor.

2 AntwortenI can see atheon going through the crota raid and Atheon just walking through the thrall while they scratch at his shiny chrome and glass body, meanwhile kicking them off into various walls. Then him holding the dinky little sword while his praetorians keep the bridge open. Then bullying the ogres on the other side and making them kill themselves. him just smashing through the shriekers and leaping to keep the gate open with his hand. Against ir yût he would be army crawling through the corridor just to grab the floating b[i]i[/i]tch and ragdoll her ass against the walls. For the crota fight Atheon would solo it. 1. Clear the rooms with ease 2. Smash the swordbearer 3. Hold sword like prison shank 4. Kick and torch hammer crota till he goes down, disregard his weak sword hits 5. Shank crota at 4x the speed of the normal guardian. 6. Collect shards to reverse trade with Eris for ascendant material to give guardians.

Or Crota would go at Atheon to fast for the slow ass to realize and cleave him in two with that sword, yeah Atheon may be more durable but that doesn't mean he can't be disassembled piece by piece. I think the latter option is more likely since Crota [b]CAN MOVE QUICK![/b]

Atheon teleports crota. Crota can go to another dimension, but will be blinded and eventually killed.

If they didn't control time and weren't able to teleport things straight to the void and ends of time and shit Atheon would get stomped, in or out of Crota's realm but that's not the case lol

I say Crota because after Atheon shoots for a while the most he will do is make Crota kneel. Crota will get up and slash Atheon.

4 AntwortenAlot of people keep saying atheon, but crota is immortal(not un-killable, but through normal means he cannot die). They all use the same excuse that atheon would just send him back in time and he would get "lost in the dark corners of time" but crota could just use the hives ability to travel to other dimensions. Yes they do, read the grimore. And simply warp back their, or just wait till he "lives" his way back to atheon, and now theirs 2 crota, eventualy their would be too many crota. On top of all this, crota can only be harmed by ascendant weapons, such as the sword, and clearly atheon doesnt have one of those, so while atheon could drop crota's sheilds, he couldnt even scratch his health. Meanwhile crota can just swing away at atheon till he(atheon) dies

Crota is a legitimate god; Atheon is just an advanced machine. And to those saying Atheon could just teleport Crota backwards/forwards through time; how come he doesn't just constantly do it to Guardians? There's obviously a cool off period or charge up period for it, and it most likely is only possible inside the Vault.
