84.2% of players have not completed a raid?
Based on the PS4 trophies
84.2% have not completed a raid.
of the 15.8% that have only 3.4% did it with a full clan team.
Which means 12.4% did the raid using random groups anyway.
These statistics alone prove match making or looking for group should be in the game for raids.

Your argument is wrong because your method does not account for all possibilities. People don't have to be in a clan to play the raid with friends. I did the raid for a month without a clan but with friends. In short you a retard and matchmaking still is bad for the game.

They could just make a casual version of raids like WoW. It dumbs it down, and provides crap rewards. You still have to get your own group to do the "real" versions.

Add matchmaking, your right my mate gives everyone the same chance of completing . What's wrong with every player having the opportunity of completing these strikes

Sure it would make it easier but do you want easy or do you want a raid no offense to anyone with no friends but the raid itself isn't that hard beat'n it many times but I've spent hours trying to get friends on that's the hard part but if you can't get friends on too bad!

1 AntwortenBungie needs to... • add a raid board in the tower • and an option to random the raid like strikes If you oppose matchmaking...and want to raid with a group of like minded individuals...having both does not effect you...if the aforementioned was implemented. Really, don't understand those who get defensive about raid matchmaking being added. Ya'll have some major "control" issues. Next thing you know...ya'll be wanting to limit drinks whilst gaming to no...more...than...12oz per session. In it's current raid state...Bungie is gonna see a drop in the player base if they continue to add significant end-story events to raids...like they did with TDB.

Ever met a group that sucked ass? Now imagine a group of people to lazy to utilize forums.. Bunch of people "sure lets 'raid'" 30 minutes in after not pulling weight quits and you're in the same situation. On the forum. Forums. Forums make life easy for raids. Raid+forum= decent chances the people you'll find will have the same initiative as you. Random kids "raid ready" shit show.

Incorrect assumption. The membership of a clan does not imply friendship or knowledge of other players irl. Playing vog with random is hard. Playing vog with a group of friends found through destiny is much more rewarding. My friends on destiny belong to many different clans and groups. It took 6 attempts to get clan achievement as people found it difficult to set affiliation. Now they have understood how to set clans up many of my destiny friends have splintered off into there own groups and clans

Still? Dude this is a really old issue look at old topics and you'll see that raid matchmaking is not coming and why. Also just because they weren't in a clan doesn't mean they're randoms. I was never in a clan but by running raids with randoms each week I was able to quickly create a reliable group of raiders on my friends list.

You can select the classes you need, the weapons you, need, the level of players you want, and you add ppl to your party chat and talk to them before you even load up as another way of screening out idiots. Random matchmaking is just that. Random. You could und up with 2 29s and 4 30s and stand no chance of success. You could end up with 5 14 year old huntards with no useful weapons and have no chance of succeeding. Matchmaking is a terrible idea for those reasons. I like being able to select people that know what they're doing. One of the few things in this game that aren't random. We need less random shit, not more.

If bungie ever implements raid matchmaking here are the threads that will flood this forum. FIX RAID MATCHMAKING BUNGIE! ONLY NOOBS JOIN WITH MATCHMAKING! "Random gamertag" Sucks! Matchmaking only finds players that suck! Make raids using matchmaking easier!

1 AntwortenIt should not be random matchmaking that is implemented just a LFG feature. That way you can tag yourself LFG and someone can inspect your character and decide to invite you or not and vice versa if you are leading a fire team.

2 AntwortenYup. Until there is a matchmaking OPTION, I will likely never do the raids. Why do people reject it as an option is absurd. Raid with your clan if you want, or raid with a matchmade team if you want. Everybody wins. Personally I have enjoyed playing strike playlist - all matchmaking. For those who reject matchmaking, you have no valid complaint against it as an option. An option means you can opt to not use it and play exactly as you do now. Don't try to limit our choices... It's a no brainer.

My buddy did a strike yesterday against phogoth where the random he was teamed up with constantly ran back to the area before phogoth to reset his health Classy people those randoms
