+1 I really can't understand why they have capped it, it's locked to your account,.can't be traded or gifted. I understand they want us to grind repeatedly but it's no fun having to break off from what your doing to.go and farm that last 10k you need.

+1. It had no use other than ammo synthesis now can't get enough of it since they bumped up the price on each perk upgrade and 7k for each exotic
