The cost of materials is (precious) marks whereas before we could trade materials in, which was nice for players who lacked time to play both sides (PvP/PvE). Spending marks is not worth saving time to hunt them up when there is a cap on how many marks a player can earn in a week -.- In my opinion, Using Glimmer would be a much better and more feasible currency option. Raise the cap or change the means ;)
