Is the DLC only available to the account that purchased it?
I have three sons under 14 and we all play on our XBOX One. I purchased it on my account as I usually do for everyone could play just like I did with the game. I can see it on mine but can not on there account. If I have to buy it for each then that is $80 for the DLC on a game that originally cost us $60. Then another $80 for the next DLC. So $220 for Destiny????

What I did with my cousin to get him the DLC was this: I first set my home console on my cousin's Xbox one, and this allowed anyone to download and play anything that I buy using my account on that Xbox, including DLC. Because I bought it on my account, I can play it anywhere as long as I'm logged in, and so can any account that plays that Xbox which i set as my home console. Sry I couldn't provide a more in depth solution, but I hope this helps!
