WHY THE ****! HAS THE VEX BEEN BUFFED? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME
I've played over 800 games.. and this sh** right here has me beyond irked. I just finished a game vs a Vex who dropped our whole team like NOTHING. I've given this game so many chances, it's on it's last legs.

It was buffed in PvE, going to 323 Attack, and they fixed a bug in which the gun was doing around ~43% Reduced Damage instead of 34%. This is where they originally planned to have the gun and it's perfectly balanced now. Get good.

0 raid completions. The better guns in the game are from the raid. You can't count on your Xur-buys only to stay on top. I'll end this post with, madcuzbad.

...The vex was only buffed for PvE really and in crucible it's still meh

Your team sucks then. The Vex it's strong, but it's useless passed mid range. The shots have a big spread, so it's hard to register head shots passed a fairly low distance. If you're a close range player then you should have no problem taking out a Vex with a shotty or fusion rifle. If you're a careful player then keep your distance and you'll outgun a Vex with nearly anything. The key is keeping distance...just a little past mid range is good enough.

200/200 tears collected. Now I can go turn in this bounty and get the last upgrade on my vex mythoclast. Straight into the crucible after that to destroy some ppl with it. Shoot, someone might even make a post about how bad I destroy them. I'm stoked!

They had the base attk increased. It does 41 headshot instead of 35 now. Yes it is bloody strong. Keep a good distance from it and you will be ok. Range isn't that good.

I love mine for PvE, it pure dooms stuff. In PvP, like someone said, if someone is blasting you at the same time it does kinda go all over the place and isn't great at range. Still have alot of fun with it though. :)

Because unlike every other gun in the game, it actually takes some effort to -blam!-ing get. It deserves to be over powered. Have you ever completed a full hard raid without cheesing? Let me tell you, it is no easy task.

7 Antwortenseriously between the buff to 323 attack and how unbalanced it is the Vex needs to be taken out of destiny or make it so everyone can get it equaly. not just the ppl with real life friends and hrs upon hrs to do the hard raid there is no match making for.

OMG you've ben killed by a powerful gun, how sad. Just imagine how the people feel when they die from my lvl 30 Hunter who uses the starting Assault Rifle aka the only lvl 1 gun in the game I believe.

I have 3 vex, 2 of them maxed out, i love the gun so i have 1 for each toon. It is by no means OP i love its unique look and sound but i get rekt by dumb fusion campers, shotgun sliders, VoC users, hawkmoon, thorn, etc. so take a pick the list goes on so many weapons beat vex in a variety of ranges. Its range is about maybe 50 feet away any further it just tickles you but if your in range and i shoot first yea vex wins but since vex shoots erratic if we shoot at each other at the same time and i miss one or two of those shots I'm dead. So no its not OP plenty of weapons beat it depending on situation.

If the vex was op like it used to be, you'd see a crap-ton of peeps, including myself, using it in pvp. Pve, it got it's needed buff.

1 AntwortenIt is buffed in PvP for those who still don't believe it. It used to do 35 per crit hit. It's now on the lines of 42 I believe. It's not op and it has fairly low range, much less than that of auto rifles. It can easily be beaten out by longer ranges weapons. If your strategy is to rush the enemy with an autorifle at closer ranges then bye bye. It is certainly not op and easy to counter. As long as your not one of those lone wolf runners who spawn and run to the fight without your team.
