Since the new notes and changes have said current legendaries don't have long in them, I've been dismantling some I've had hanging around. Two fully upgraded but no energy put in- all bubbles filled though- gave me five and six energy plus each a telemetry. Then I got a shadow price drop with way worse perks than the two I have so I dismantled completely unupgraded and got two energy.
