I was suspended from Xbox live (Not anymore tho)
So about a week ago me and my friend were playing black ops 2 and we were searching for matches on team deathmatch...... And we were eventually put in a hacked lobby.... We didn't realize it was until we started to shoot rpg rockets from our mp7s and we started to float...... So we left the game and went onto Destiny for a while..... So I get hom today and I check my email and see a message from the Xbox team.... And it told be that I have lost my privileges I have on Xbox live on Xbox 360 so I can't sign in at all on my 360.... But I read further into the email and it states that on Xbox one (witch I had just got yesturday) that I can be on Xbox live, I just can't play multiplayer online..... So the bottom line is that this isn't all that bad, but I can't play Destiny which really pisses me off because I just got my pocket infinity from a pain in the ass bounty..... And this isn't really all my fault I thing since it put me in that lobby.... Do you all think this is bullcrap just as much as I do.... Thanks for reading....

Got into a Hacked lobby on modern warfare 2 and easily got to prestige 10 no problem. Didn't get ban at all, sucks man

Just call support. It was likely a bot that banned you, so just talking to a rep should solve this.
