A better request would be to please start on the good work. Seriously, how do they expect to sell Destiny 2 when 2/3 of the people who bought D1 are completely dissatisfied...and with really good reason. Shit story, shit enemies to grind and grind and grind, terrible AI that seems to involve nothing but dodge dip duck dive and dodge, no reason given for what we're doing or even what we're in this world to accomplish, repetition to the extreme that it would bore an assembly line worker. This game very much falls short of making the player feel anything like legend and I don't even need to get started on the lack of originality or how everything in the game is blatent theft of other franchises, games and movies. Let alone the lack of originality for the enemies we fight (is that a mob of Vandals or is it the General Grievous gang?) There's no need to kiss up to Bungie or Activision! They built this game for years with a $500,000,000 budget and the game lacks the originality or general epicness of a low budget indie game. Still...I'll keep on grinding and -blam!-ing grinding just hoping it eventually turns out to be some shred of what we've been promised over the past two plus years. Though I really feel as though the original release should have contained the $60 game plus the two upcoming expansions. Hopefully D2 comes exclusively for current gen consoles because I have a really strong feeling that this shell of a nerfed game we're playing now was cut, sliced and diced just to make more sales among the PS3 and 360 group who for whatever reason feel they should experience the same game as those of us who invested early in next gen hardware. Basically I'm fairly certain that PS4 and Xbox One players are suffering in order to allow last gen players to get into this world with us...and that sucks! I mean come on, 30 FPS?! Clearly that (among other things) was done to fit last gen, low graphics, low memory abilities and make more sales to those who haven't yet upgraded to current gen. I do agree that they should keep up the good work but they have miles and miles and miles to go to bring this game up to current game capability. It's as if they built a killer game with Destiny and then realized it wouldn't work with last gen consoles so they cut the -blam!- out of it, deciding to make new gen players suffer in order to give last gen players a place in the Destiny world. So much more could have been done if only Bungie/Activision weren't so greedy to try and get as many last gen sales as possible. Who would have thought that trying to please last genners and new genners together would have worked out so terribly....well...besides me?

This game has become a big joke. The best example of how to half ass a product before release.

Finally a mature thread among the piles of entitled whiners and crybabies. Thank you Bungie for not catering to the kids who want everything handed to them on a silver platter. This exotic reset is not REQUIRED. Its optional. If you want a revamped and more powerful version of your gun, then you can't expect it to be upgraded to a whole new level of power with just a simple purchase from Xur.

as I see it the exotic gun u have maxed to 300 will be upgradable to 400 or whatever they decide but to get it to 400 u have to reset it still keeping it at 300 but now allows u to get it to 400.. whats the problem in that ? upgrade materials helium etc is now being sold so u don't have to farm them either
