But can we please get a trading system?
-
4 AntwortenI cant find the link, but there was a video from early 2014 that was an interview with a bungie developer that confirms at one point there was trading in the game. I think they took it out sometime this past year while testing a small community of gamers, probably due to the gamers finding ways to make the RNG system obsolete. Listen, I hate it didnt make it into the game just like you, but if it was taken out due to legitimate concerns from Bungie, then something was wrong with it. Im sure in the future they will allow controlled/limited trades from player to player. The reason i say limited, is because if you think about it, there SHOULD be limits to it. But simultaneously, this all RNG based system isnt working. They are trying to force players to put in the time to get to the raid, and to get raid gear. At this moment, time(effort) does not equal light level. Not consistently at least. We need a more consistent time(effort) to progress ratio. Raid marks will do wonders to address this, and controlled trading can do even MORE to fully resolve this delimma. But i have no clue on how they could implement this, or what the rules/requirements would be to trade specific items.

Further, stopping an xbox "black market trading ring" would be as easy as going to the individuals site, setting up a deal, and snagging the gamer tag when they physically invite you to play.

" No you have to 'earn' your gear gaurdian"
Add trading, no one made a fortune off of xbox trading systems in any multiplayer game. Wow players seem to bring that point up but it's easier to control on an xbox.
Nope the game would be too simple, you get to lvl 20, then instantly become 30. F that shit.

I'll make a furtune trading all my extra raid armour for exotic weapons >:D

1 AntwortenI both agree and disagree with this. While it would be awesome to help your friends when they need just a few more shards or energies for their upgrades, i already foresee people complaining about individuals who shouldn't have certain weapons because their friends had an extra one and were gifted it. Maybe if they added some restrictions like you cannot trade exotics as they are bound to account, then it would probably work.

Yes please!!!

Not enough items for trading system.
-
Would highly devalue current content if not implemented right... And I struggle to think of a system that would accomplish what many want from it and not ruin the game.

5 AntwortenNeed or greed system would be better

please no.

The developers can't even design a competent leveling system, and you expect a trading system?
-
1 AntwortenSurely there could be some way to make it work.
-
2 AntwortenNo -blam!- that. Way to ruin the game. Twat

2 AntwortenI don't like the idea personally, but making it so that all experience the equipment has gained RESET after a "fair" trade might make people think more about it and break the game less. By fair I mean Legendary for Legendary, Exotic for Exotic, Gun for Gun, Glove for Glove. "I need more Strength, you need more Discipline. Let's trade trousers!"

2 AntwortenNo. Well, maybe trading straight after a strike with those in your fire team. But otherwise no

1 AntwortenThe fanboys are going to throw a tantrum because you even suggested it.

1 AntwortenI personally think trading will be taken advantage of and not used properly. I think they should have a gifting system on christmas instead.
-
6 AntwortenNope, it will wreck the game.

Will never happen
