nerf the tank boss on the mars strike
You guys need to nerf the tank boss on mars because not only does he start firing when aren't even out of cover yet but his cannons area of effect is bullshit. Also since his cannon does do so much damage it should be like the spider tanks and not be able to aim ahead of you. It makes no sense that this mini boss is harder then the actual boss of this strike. Really this is an easy boss but I hate the idea of being one shot killed. Plus I'm just raging because the fagget tank shot me through a thickass rock and killed me even though I have 5 levels on his ass

My opinion :easiest boss of the game . Get in the intercepter dont stay put and shoot the boss and in 1min Hes down or stay afar and snipe that mofo. If it doesnt work then sell your game and go play something like cooking mama

The sniper platform on the top left is near perfect if you're paying attention, or you could use the interceptor and drive in circles for 5 minutes. Also a walk (drive) in the park. For nightfalls, just spend the extra few minutes sniping or rocketing his minions around the tank before dropping down. I'd rather have the final bosses health reduced by 25%. He's a dumb boss (strategically) and it's just a plain boring fight dumping thousands of rounds into him... Such a bad fight :/

Or you can stand on top of the platform where you get the intercepters and snipe the entire area and boss without getting shot at once.... I do it everytime works like a charm.

Ok, thought this one was common knowledge and now it will get screwed/patched. When you come out of the hanger into the open field immediately turn left and jump up the rocks onto the large flat rock that overhangs the hanger door. You may want to kill the guards with the fire shields that hide in the trench on the left first though... Form here you can snipe everything in the field and tower. When the tank lands you can still see his jets pretty well and a good sniper rifle and rocket launcher will make short work of him. Oh yeh... While on this ledge you are OUT OF RANGE for his main gun. The ship that comes in to drop the second lieutenant can hit you as it comes in, so move about. But otherwise it is the perfect snipers platform. Tldr Out of hanger, turn left, jump up rocks so you are now over the hanger door. Pew pew. Dead tank that can't hit you at that range.

Really? He is is easy to beat. Just use the interceptor and strafe-fire at him. I soloed him on Nightfall. Stop trying to find a "Safe" spot to pluck at him with icebreaker or an inventory full of heavy ammo synth and a rocket launcher and get down there and fight. Stop looking for the easy way and get it done the right way. Every time I do this in Tiger Strikes, I'm usually the only one who grabs the Interceptor to fight the last LT. The other two almost always die getting shot at. I don't even bother to res them, I just finish off the tank and jet to the final boss on my Sparrow.
