What game mode does Destiny need?
I'm thinking survival/wave mode with bosses at certain levels.
Or maybe a defence/attack mode where one attacks the tower and the other defends vice versa.
Ideas?
Edit: the most mentioned ideas will be out into a poll later and hopefully bungie will see it

Survival / horde mode. Just started playing the titanfall coop mode and it's brilliant. Would love something like that in destiny.

Operations mode from Killzone 3. Gradually advancing objectives through he maps (planting bombs, capture and hold, search and retrieve) while the other team try to stop them. So disappointed that it wasn't in Shadowfall :-(

capture the flag, big team battle, SWAT like playlist(that shit would get hectic on this game) but with no supers, assault like style gameplay, and maybe snipers. that shit would be awesome….. with that crucible guy on a platform watching over the fight and saying redundant and funny one liners X'D

I might not play crucible a lot, but considering its a Bungie game why not bring SWAT into it, most of my time on halo is spent playing swat, nothing beats one shotting somebody with a magnum across the map, I think with the destiny engine this would be an awesome idea

3 AntwortenI can't take the credit for this idea; someone else posted it in a thread with a ton of different ideas. This one is my favorite, though: [b]Sword of Crota[/b] -Sort of like a mix of Juggernaut and Oddball from Halo; the Sword of Crota spawns in the middle of the map, and the objective is to pick it up and score as many kills with it as possible. Bonus points for scoring kills with the Sword, or killing the Sword-bearer.

A sword of crota game mode that works like protect the leader. Each team gets a team leader who wields the sword of cloth and the leader has some overshield. The team leader has his super bar charged and every time he swings his sword the super depletes a bit and recharges over time. The team leader can use the sword super but at the cost of a really long recharge time. If the team leader kills he builds up more points than his normal teammates and if anyone kills the team leader he is worth a bunch of points. Once the leader is dead a new round starts with a new leader and the game mode lasts 3 rounds or until the total time expires. After the 3 rounds are up the team with the most points wins. Let me know what ya think community.
