No. Just no. It's more like 89% of people are tired of whiny people who are essentially acting like envious "victims" because someone else has the audacity to play a game in manner which affects no one else in a negative way. Everyone can make 3 characters, everyone can swap between characters, and everyone has the same list of bounties, strikes, dailies, and weeklys. They also have to abide by the same RNG on loot and exotic bounties. Making loot account based instead of character based is probably one of the brighter moves made by the dev team on this game. It provides more ways to let characters meet some goals, and provides the ability to increases odds in what is essentially gambling for loot. If you or others like you feel that it is not how you would like to play, then don't. It's easy. Solution given to a non-existent problem. And then you can mind your own business, and let others enjoy the game the way they want to. It's amazing how simple life is at times.

As I recall every player in this game can create 3 characters, that being said your choice of words are poor rendering your argument invalid, if you don't have time to create 3 characters like others do don't go around calling it exploit without knowing what the word actually means.
