Thunderlord
The perk on the thunderlord sucks. The ammo capacity sucks it needs more ammo and the lightning round perk isnt useful till the last like 15 bullets

3 AntwortenThunderlord wrecks in pvp and pve. I take out other heavy ammo users no problem, 3 shots they are dead, don't really need that much ammo if you are accurate enough.

I just got it Sunday. I may have squealed with delight like a child when that Legendary Engram decoded into Thunderlord. I put that right into my heavy weapon slot. It drops Captains like a boss. I haven't hit the 2nd perk yet. I will say, last years pre-release capstone perk, which was called "Rolling Thunder" looked way more cool. It shot armor piercing arc rounds that exploded upon impact. Guessing they changed it because so many kids cry nerf in PvP.

The stability is a mess and the ammo situation is too low. If I choose Field Scout, I get ~60 rounds per magazine, but half of them miss due to the pure randomness of the recoil. If it was more predictable, like the Ballistics perk I have chosen says, then it might not be so bad. If I choose Perfect Stability, I get 38 rounds and run out of ammo in no time while still dealing with more recoil than makes sense for a Perfect Stability upgrade. In my opinion, Lightning Rounds is set for too slow of a curve. I don't even notice it without Field Scout. The gun either needs less recoil (by way of adjusting the arc for Lightning Rounds) or more rounds in a mag. It's a cool gun to use aesthetically, but I'm not impressed overall. It's a shame too because it is one of only two Exotic drops I have gotten from the game.

Try it vs super good advice or anything really. May have a smaller clip but it stands out in terms of damage capability

all machine guns could use some more ammo i dont have thunderlord but i do have a fully upgraded super good advice which i only use when i have the armatatium eqeuped so it has 200 bullets but without it isnt really worth it.

I'm pretty sure I'm the Lord of Thunder when I wield that thing. That being said, it's quite amazing.

6 AntwortenI haven't leveled Thunderlord yet, mostly trying to finish off Truth for VoG. Is either one more suitable for VoG on hard?? I assumed Truth only for the Void damage.. but reading these comments-- seems like everyone has high praise for Thunderlord

67 AntwortenI've seen a fully upgraded thunderlord take 20% of atheons health bar alone during times vengeance WITH the weapons of light buff from a Titan bubble. Your logic is void and denied.
