Just spent £16 at KFC
To everyone complaining about the price of the DLC, I just spent £16 on food. One meal.
The DLC is £4 more and will offer weeks of fun.
People it's a measly £20, just have beans for tea a few nights and it's paid for itself.
P.S I got two buckets, not all the food was for me, but I could eat two buckets because I'm a big guy and I like chicken.

Lol I used this as a comparison to a friend of mine. I usually spend around $10 at Taco Bell so $5 more for the dlc Not a big deal BUT the ones complaining aren't complaining for cost, but more of the principle of getting jewed over here

There's too many posts saying crap like: "THEY CALL THAT AN EXPANSION PACK?" 2 AntwortenI bought the game for £85 with two DLC's... I think the dlc has a decent amount of content the problem's that it only brings the total game content up to a decent level for launch.. With these game things it's not about the money we all drop thousands a year gaming, it's more about protecting gaming from the greedy corps we're getting stomped on in this battle worse than the poor hive loot cave chumps XD

9 AntwortenJust spent $1 on a deck of cards. I should be able to get a a lot more than a couple "weeks of fun" out of them, and they're $29 less. Just pointing out the fail logic in this and every other thread that uses apples to oranges comparisons.

I don't think it's the price that people are griping about. I think that it's the fact that they are paying for something they can't use for a year. Say you go to KFC for that meal. They give you a portion of the food and say you'll get the rest in a year. THAT is the appropriate analogy for the complaints I am reading. I'm fine with exclusives. It's the fact that people are paying for a full product, but only get a portion open to them. Personally they should have just kept it separate and in a year offered it as a complete DLC.

5 AntwortenThis guy gets it, anyone complaining about money shouldn't own a console because you clearly can't afford it. Spent $150 a month ago on a dinner for 2 at a nice restaurant. That lasted 3 hours when all was said and done. Destiny cost me $60.00 and I started playing since release, still playing roughly 200 hours later..............
