The Invective...
Is actually a really enjoyable Shotgun to use in the Crucible. Above all with the full-auto and ammo regen, there's also Send It for that added range to get that needed two-shot instead of a three-shot. Did I mention that with the shotgun having such a perfect sight to aim in, it's good to acquire targets quick and easy.
I bet a lot of people wouldn't agree with me, but I like making sure people get..."Invectived."

I love my invective. The ammo regen is nice for if you're running out during a normal mission. Switch over, let it gen, and switch to something else to get ammo.

I have that and found verdict and verdict is better in every way. Invective just slightly better in pve due to ammo regen. Shotguns with best range and impact are for Pvp (found verdict) controlled power shots(with send it). If your found verdict is focusing on auto perk, then invective better. Found verdict with send it (spaz 12). Invective ( aa12 with regen ammo)

The Invective is a beast. :) The only drawback is its slow reload and possibly, clip size for such a high rate of fire shotgun. The only other notable shotgun I've used in pvp is the Invisible Hand. (Different perks from vendor though) Gotta say I prefer the Invective.

It's a last resort for me, and it soooo often saves my life. My raid grips improve the reload time on it too I think.

It's one of a few easy to use guns to shut down BD so no if they nerfed it there would be even more tears over BD

I'm sure it's good, but I don't want to waste the exotic slot on a shotgun when legendary shotguns are just as good.

Love the look. Sadly it's terrible compared to shotguns you can grab from the faction vendors.
