I will keep this alive this is not my post but this guy has nailed it. all credit goes to OHBMAJORV. DEEJ, how about somebody there answer for this debacle of decisions that are taking place. you guys can just ask us what we want, use the POLL OPTION on here. So on one hand you say "matchmaking for raids won't work because you need a strong organized team to complete the raid" On the other hand you say "we're going to completely randomize the encounter so strategy is out the window" These are in complete contradiction of each other and make no sense. You are giving the players so few choices that your open world plan (even though it's not open world) is becoming very linear at an alarming rate. Why can't I strengthen my fireteam by playing my role? Why should I have to play according to a very restrictive set of rules? Why can't I sit on the very sniper perches that your snipers do? Why are you micro managing my experience and sucking what little joy is left out of this game? Honestly can you not see that with every patch you guys are driving a wedge between your player base and the game? It has to stop. Like anyone still playing I want destiny to succeed so bad. It literally breaks my gaming heart to see something with so much potential be killed by it's very creator. With every patch you have further diminished the PVE co-op experience almost to the point of me wondering why am I still bothering to care about this game. I don't speak for everyone and won't pretend to, but I would like to think I have my finger on the pulse of the people I know and play with. The reception to these kinds of patches isn't good. My whole clan is one decent game away from washing our hands of Destiny. I don't want to but it seems that I will soon have little choice. I'm a grown ass man with a family and I'll be damned if I let someone else tell me how to play a game I paid for. Strategy isn't a bug it's a well thought out plan for success. Pushing him off is a bug, moving my fireteam to a tactical position to gain an advantage is not. I've tried to be as cordial as possible with this and hope you take the time to relay this to the people who make these terrible decisions but my instincts tell me it will fall on deaf ears. DEEJ I implore you to convince these people to stop before it's too far gone and the world of Destiny is a story of what could have been and not one of becoming legend. Edit: from the tremendous amount of likes I've received on this post it would seem I have my finger on the pulse of YOUR community as well DEEJ. you know why? Real gamers know what real gamers want. Maybe those devs are coding geniuses but they obviously have 0 clue about enjoyable experiences. Someone in that studio has to stop being a yes man and simply say "enough". Edit 2: the overall support of this is very humbling. It's nice to know I'm not in the minority here. I think we all want the same thing and that's a better destiny. Be heard people, make sure your words have weight. We are the reason they live out their dream jobs. Stop the madness Bungie, your player base has spoken.

Unlock the in disk content for free or the community will NOT buy the dlc! We payed full 60 US Dollars or more in different countries and it is not a complete game! We have to pay even more money to unlock in disk content? Its not fair and if we all work together we can get bungies and activision's attention to re-think or their greedy decisions and not make us pay for what we already payed! Do players not understand that bungie/activision is not gonna release content based on complaints and whining but based on profit, if they don't feel there is profit to be made then there will be no content, but honest destiny is one of the top 5 best games I've ever played. Yes it's frustrating but what game isn't.

Im debating wether to get the suros regime, since im seeing mixed reviews about it now that they scaled the weapon back, im wondering if its still a must have or pass it up and spend my hard earned sc some other time.

i hope bungie will add random legendary weapon with xur. i have so much strange coin i dont know what to do with them.

Not to mention the only weekly strike ive been able to complete is,a lvl 22 that i did solo due to solor burn. But since i dont have any friends with this game and it takes forever to make a team that still sucks i just quit altogether. Loved the game at the start. End game is horrible. Dead to me.

Everyone needs to take a break and play another game. I have player 3 different games in the past week and a half. We get so sucked into hope and disappointment that we forget that other games actually can be just as fun as this one. But with less headaches. Once this place goes silent and once this game is dead and gamers have moved on bungie will finally be free of this failhre and can start truely focusing on the next game. Or maybe they do everything we all want and somehow fix a game with such jumbled coding; not likely. What I am saying is let it go. As gamers we had out hope tied to this game. And just like rose and jack in the titanic, sometimes ya just gotta let go. Holding on on causes you to sink with the ship. Let it go people, let it go!

So is there supposed to be a third subclass later on or......?

I love multi player games that require a certain degree of skill to be successful. So sick of cod and even bf with the same scenarios over and over. In my opinion the best new gen multiplayer PVP games are destiny and the last of us. If last of us had the same budget as destiny then god knows how great that game will be. I mean what is more satisfying than smashing a plank with nails into to someone's skull. Who remembers man hunt? Last of us multiplayer is like man hunt in terms of gruesome kills and realistic game play. I still have faith in destiny as it has a fantastic engine, graphics and gameplay is beautiful throughout. All we need is more planets, more locations more enemies, better story, space battles and races, sparrow races, more diverse petrols, bigger and badder bosses, upgraded ghost that can be used in tactical situations, more vendors and currency, more gear, more material eg upgrade ships etc with materials, dynamic weather, more game modes, more rpg elements and did i mention a better story! Also a cool suggestion would be that we can inhabit the earth below the tower and their should be enemies advancing on the city at all times and areas we are not allowed past should have level 100 enemies so if u go out of bounds then u will not make it very far. This will add the illusion that everywhere is accessible. If bungee did this then they would have the best game ever made.

These nightfall and weekly missions need matchmaking!!!!!
