I think one of my braces came loose. shit
It's starting to hurt my teeth a bit, can't tell if the tooth is wiggling or if the brace is.
But it hurts a bit. So there goes 20$ to fix it....(if they continue to break that's what it costs)

6 Antworteni can't believe a dentist or orthodontist would charge you to fix it if they are doing the case. but if it is loose, it may be paramount that the bracket is replaced. place wax over it for comfort and see your dentist or orthodontist in the morning to have it bonded back on.

Back when I had them, I set the record for broken brackets. 32. Always seemed to happen at the most inconvenient time too.

I got my braces off finally like a year ago. Then I found out that I'll need to have them put back on. -blam!- that shit, unless my teeth are causing me pain I don't care anymore.

It's okay, my brackets came off semi-frequently. Depends on your orthodontist, really.

You can usually tell if a brace broke off your tooth, it'll just hang on the wire, unless you mean it's there and cracked or sometbing. They won't fix it just replace it with a new one.

So go to your orthodontist and get it fixed.
