unfair advantage with multiple character creation
This is my personal opinion.
I only have 1 character. Managed to get to Lvl 29 no problem. I don't think it's fair that people make 3 characters and then do the daily, weekly, and raid 3x a week. While I'm only doing it once. Which means they have 3x as many ascendent shards, energy and higher probability of getting raid weapons and gear.
You guys should make it to where you only get to do the weekly and daily events once per profile. Or, they can not share ascendent materials and weapons/gear between profiles.
It's like me taking a test once while someone else gets 3 tries.
But like I said, just my opinion...

This theory is true when it comes to leveling up weapons, but that's where it stops. New characters means you NEED way more materials.

So what? Why would you even care if I have 100 shards/energy? It's not even that hard to get. On one toon you can grind out the public events and get as many as you want. And their is a daily reward for completing one.

They won't change it because players are playing the game more. They have to level up the other character.

It is honestly your choice to only have one character. No one is stopping you from gaining the benefits of multiple characters but yourself so don't say it's unfair

Does it matter? I have the time to work on multiple characters. If I get a lucky drop on my Warlock, best believe I'm giving it to my Titan or Hunter, because I like playing with those characters more. If I decode an engram on my Titan, and it turns into something useful for my Hunter or Warlock, it won't go to waste because I can give it to them. I fully upgraded my raid set with the exception of my nonexistant boots because I have the time to get shards and mats on different characters. This is something EVERYONE has access to. Multiple character slots isn't a sub-only thing, it's available to everyone. I think it's perfectly fair.

What's unfair, the fact that you didn't see the benefits of three characters at the start? The reason for three slots is to let you play the three Guardian archetypes. Those who have three of the same type are wasting space I believe but each to their own. I don't worry, or more importantly, complain about getting "wrong" armour for my character type as I have all three. Dumb idea in my opinion.

I have 3 different characters n only plan to use my Titan but not share gear I just want rewarded for helping n bc of my Titan I have legendary n exotics for the other two classes so I will use them plus I want the achievements

Its definitely NOT cheating. You want to penalize people for having multiple characters? What a dumb idea. I don't have time for multiple characters at this point, but if I could only get loot from one for running VoG or Nightfall... There would be no reason to have multiple characters.

Just do the same I never seen so many crybabies . And that would be a dumb idea because what if someone shares an account. How can you really be mad that you don't feel like working.

Why does it matter, they are spending the time to play the game to earn those rewards. No big deal.
