what is a kill/death spread?
I got a bounty from Ikora Ray asking me to first do 5 strikes without dying.
I did it.
Now shes asking me to show myself in the cruicible with a 25 kill/death spread.
What is that? How do I do it?

4 AntwortenDo it in the crucible you need to kill people. + 1 for a kill or assist and - 1 for a death. I did that one yesterday, for the exotic shotgun.

1 AntwortenI could tell you about what kill/death spread is. I could tell you how to complete your bounty. But in fact, I don't even have time to explain why I don't have time to explain. Seriously though, I have no idea what they mean, but play PvP and do decent and you'll get it eventually. Someone online mentioned you have to keep a k/d above 1.0, but I got 0.85 my first match with this bounty and still got a bunch of progress on it. Also, note that if you get really bad results (.5ish) the progress will drop.

1 AntwortenA spread is different than a ratio, which many people, and the guide, dont fully explain. With a spread, rather than 25 kills for every death, you need 25 MORE kills than deaths. So if you get 30 deaths? You need 55 kills. And so on and so on. From the first moment you enter pvp after getting this quest, you will enter a 0/0 state. From there it will count every kill and death in pvp. So as others have said, you just have to kill slightly more than you die, over a few games. It WAY more doable than it sounds.
