They took the (old) IB offline now. So playing this morning was just pointless for me :D

Aaaaaand its [b]STILL[/b] pointless. Really rank reset?? You really want us to play your game more dont ya? Just grind and grind and grind huh? Well I say no, I'm not doing it, I grind enough as it is in the damn game, Iron Banner is a waste of time because theres NOTHING TO BUY. No 30 light gear? Pointless. What else is there to say?

All of the bitching and whining about this game is seriously juvenile. First of all, this game has been out for a month and you all are expecting new content right away just because you already beat the current content. In what game(s) do the developers ever release new content within 1 month of the games release? Think about it! Maybe, just maybe,one reason they arent releasing new content is to give those people, who dont have the luxury of time that you all seem to have to put endless hours into the game, a chance to play when they have time so they can also reap some benefit from the current content.Maybe they aren't releasing new content because they have DLC scheduled at the end of November. As soon as that comes out, you all will play it, beat it and then bitch about it. They have Daily and Weekly heroic missions and strikes. They have a raid mission. They had the Queen's Wrath event and now the Iron Banner event. Clearly they plan on having more events for all of the gamers. If that isnt enough for you, then just stop playing. Oh No! The game is undergoing maintenance and you can't play right now... Let's all troll and whine about it. Seriously, what good game has been released on next gen systems that hasn't needed adjustments or fixes? This is a MMO, people. It constantly has to be updated and tweaked to maintain and improve performance. Oh, is the timing of the maintenance not good for you? Is it cutting into your game playing time? Get over it! They posted in the forum that this maintenance was happening and when. It is a global game. If they waited until a time that suited you, other gamers around the world would be suffering. Why them over you? It's just a video game. Grow the f*ck up! I work nights too. This is my time to play, but yet I can't because they are performing SCHEDULED maintenance. So what? There is more to life than Destiny! That being said, Destiny is an amazing game and I fully support Bungie and their efforts! For those of you who are complaining about already being lvl 30 or close to it and you have nothing to do but grind out gear and weapons... that is what this game is... If you are bored with your current guardian, guess what? You can create 2 more! Try out the different classes! Make them as badass as your current lvl 30! Hell, you can store better gear in your vault for your other guardians to use when they reach the appropriate level. Can you do that with Call of Duty? Nope. But you will still grind to prestige over and over to unluck the same weapons over and over again. What about your sports games? Same game released every year with a new year stamped on the front and a slightly adjusted roster... Yet, you all still play them constantly. Probably bitch about them too even though you already know basically that they are the same game with the same purpose. Get over yourselves. If you hate the product so much, then return it. Get whatever money you can back for it and move on with your life. Or better still, if you think the product sucks so bad, go make a better one.

This clearly is not the iron banner that was talked about. Its a bug. Weekly vanguard and crucible points haven't reset properly.

This is rubbish. You guaranteed they wouldn't reset the rank but raise the cap to level 5 and they reset the rank? I can't even buy the class item or shader that I have on right now! What the Devil Bungie? How many times are you going to lie to your customers? They didn't even fix the "skill advantage" rubbish that they gave to the lower level players. I just saw a 30 get two shot by a 6... which 6s aren't even supposed to be allowed anymore!
