Double melee to grenade recharge?
I noticed that both helms and glove armors have the mod "melee cools down grenades" and im all geared up and im too lazy to figure this out myself. but has anyone confirmed if having both these stats on your helm and gloves stack the ammount of cool down you get on your grenade?
